Certified Mold Treatment is not responsible for finding and/or fixing any water intrusion issues. This is the responsibility of the client.

Certified Mold Treatment will upon the completion of our mold removal system treatment warrants that the structure is clean and pure to all applicable National and State Standards. We accept no further responsibility for any new growth of mold due to any of the following:

1. Construction errors.

2. Future water intrusion issues will require additional treatment and will void the guarantee.

3. The interior temperature never exceeds 77F

4. If the facility owner/manager has construction or re-modeling without following proper building codes.

5. If the HVAC system is not properly sized for the cooling and heating area of the building/facility. The humidity level within a building must be maintained below 50%.

6. If mold growth results from filth or neglect.

7. We cannot guarantee the elimination of mold in rooms where moisture is a constant, such as in washrooms.
